DLO 7.0 Report generation failed

This issue has been solved. See solution.

When try to run report it failed with the following message:

"An error occurred while running the report 'XXXX'.  Please check that the report file 'XXXX_en.rdl' is correctly installed. (0x8000FFFF)"

My DLO is a fresh install (not upgrade)

Please do a repair for DLO from Add remove programs and then after restarting the server check again once

It looks like it is not installed correctly .
