DLO Agent giving error Unable to configure Desktop Agent

I am getting error as below when i installed DLO Agent to my desktop

i m really confused why this happens?

follow this tech note

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH63690

go to DLO Server Console

then go to add users

Browse the user in Active Directory

select the profile

select the storage location 

click ok,

Then restart the Dlo Agent on that client

Hope it helps

thank you Mr inn , i do the same  as you told , now i restarted DLO Agent AND IT STARTED WORKING\

now my desktoP backup is going ON
