DLO console is not opening due to unable to connect Media Server Error..

When launching DLO Console (on BE Media Server),

DLO requests password/credentials for MediaServer\BKUPEXEC instance. (which is default Domain Administrator ID).

After giving password, DLO Console declares:

"Unable to connect to server "..."

"Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user,

using more than one username, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections

to the server or shared resource and try again."

Anyone can help please suggest for resolution of the issue..

Hi,

Restart the Server and try to open the cosole using same user id, Hope problem will be resolved.
