I am having issues with the DLO Desktop Data Folder growing far to large.  I have a few users that are backing up to the network successfully but the Desktop Data folder never clears.

Last backup result reads Success however the Desktop Data Folder Size reads 25.17 GB  This is the largest but I have other users that range from 1GB to 15 GB

This is only happening for 12 out of 75 users.  The only way I can get this to start working correctly is to uninstall the DLO client then delete the network folder reinstall the client and let the backup run again and it will work for a few weeks.

Anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks in advance

Never had any problems using Microsoft backup and it was free

I have turned off the Desktop Data folder for all of our profiles. More than half of the 1,000+ desktops we are protecting have a 20 gig c: drive and a larg d: partition. I new there would be problems using the Desktop Data folder.

Our network storage locations are backed up to tape using another product so we  could recover if thier drive and the network storage crashed.

Hope this helps
