DLO Error: Unable to add user.

DLO Error: Unable to add user. The system returned the following message: 80040e14. On the DLO user desktop state that the software is either not configured or has been disabled by your administrator. I already tried re-installing the DLO agent on the client side and try to manually upgrade the DLO Database manually but still encounter same error.

Once unzipped the files will need to be renamed:
XPDLOShareu.dll_32bit --> XPDLOShareu.dll
XPDLOShareu.dll_64bit --> XPDLOShareu.dll
