DLO licensing issues

Hi all,

My customer has a server with Backup Exec 2010 R3 and they enabled DLO trial (1-5 users).

They purchased a license for DLO (SYMC BACKUP EXEC 2010 OPTION DESKTOP AND LAPTOP WIN (1 TO 10 DESKTOPS LAPTOPS) PER DEVICE RENEWAL ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS EXPRESS BAND S).

I registered the serial number of the license in Symantec licensing site, but I did not get a product key nor a key file. I only have a link to download DLO software.

I do not want to reinstall DLO, but I downloaded the software and tried to reinstall, when it asks for the serial number, I imput it and I got an error that says that the serial number is invalid.

 

Could you please shed me some light on this issue? I need to install the license asap.

Yes you need to contact licensing team to get  the serial number. Or you can ask them to provide the Licensing for DLO 7.0 and download and install the latest version of DLO 7.0 which is an independent software and no more depends on Backup Exec.
