DLO Message - You have files that need to be protected

One of my users is getting this message when the DLO agent synchs the files to the server

YOU HAVE FILES THAT NEED TO BE PROTECTED

Does anyone have any ideas what causes it and how to fix it

I am using Backup Exec 12.5 Desktop Laptop Option on a laptop with XP

This comes as there are some files that are not backed up yet. Are you running a schedule backup of DLO or whenever a file changes.
Try to run a backup manually on dlo client and see if you still get the same error

It seems the user stops the backup of the files.
As Sazz says, run backup manually

The job is set to schedule every 30 mins. The user cannot change any settings.
When selecting Run Job, it thinks about it then stops and says 'files are protected'
The top line of the job says 'failed to copy', as shown in the attachment
