Hi guys,

i got an issue that copying a file took a long time with DLP (300MB took 30++mins)

It only have 14 policy in enforce and i've try cut down the rules but the time different is really a slight different.

from what other angle can i troubleshoot for this issue?

the policy could be complex, even though they are 14 in number.

What's the USB model?

have you set Antivirus exclusion ?

I have create many policy and rule, i can said that this 14 policy is not complex. it just a couple rows of rules and most of it just keywords.

the antivirus exclusion must do at antivirus site?

I was facing similar issue , could you confirm the version of Users Operating system on which this delay is being encountered ?
