Agent Version: 10.5.0.06007

Getting the below message while trying to install the Endpoint Agent in Windows XP.

"The software you are trying to install for this hardware has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its comptibility with Windows XP".

Is there any Workaround using the install_agent.bat script so that this message can be bypassed?

Hi Roju,

Disable this message from appearing in Windows XP:

“The software you are installing for this hardware has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP”

1. Right-click My Computer.

2. Click Properties.

3. Click the Hardware tab, then click Driver Signing under Drivers.

4. Click Ignore – Install the software anyway and don’t ask for my approval.

Kind regards,

Hi Naor, Thanks a lot for

Hi Naor,

Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes, it can solve the problem.

If we are installing in individual machines this is easy. But what if we are pushing the agents through some Software Deployment tools(Eg: Languard or MS SCCM)? Here we wont be able to change the configuration, as we will be deploying to the whole network segment.

Is there a way we can achive it with the same install_agent.bat script itslef to bypass this test?
