I have a customer wanting to understand this issue better. Typically they show 2100 connected and 600 something unhealthy and 350 warning. It seems to never change. Are there optimal heartbeat settings?
I assume under Agent Configuration > Advance Agent Settings I see this listed:
Discover.STANDARD_REPORT_INTERVAL.int 60000
I assume its the ServerCommunication is the heartbeat? I assume 86400 seconds = 24hrs.
But I also assume the Agent phones home on startup?
