    What is the corelation between an agent's health status and the connection status? I have a device showing "Healthy", yet it is disconnected for an extended period of time. I would hope that a device would be (1) ONline or Offline, (2) Connected or Not Connected.

    Any ideas?

    This might be due to the setting of heart beat set for communication of agent to endpoint server. This communication continuity decides whether agent is live and the health status. It may also due to malfuctining of DLP agent specific reporting

    I have a customer wanting to understand this issue better. Typically they show 2100 connected and 600 something unhealthy and 350 warning. It seems to never change. Are there optimal heartbeat settings?

     

    I assume under Agent Configuration > Advance Agent Settings I see this listed:

    agent consistently talk to the server.

    ServerCommunication.CONNECTION_INTERVAL_SECONDS.int : ---Time between successful connection attempts
