    Hi ,

    i need to kmow the difference between Critical tap & Warning tap.

    yesterday one of the clients has lost the connection(Critical), when i tried to search for it next day it's reconnected again. So, what possibily happened ?

    check the edpa log and check for the time wherethe connection was lost.
