  • 1.  DLP agent uninstallation

    Hi Guys,

    I am running 12.5 DLP and since last upgrade I have noticed that uninstall.bat is missing with endpoint agent. I need to know how I can uninstall DLP agent without having uninstall.bat?

    Hi Leadvue,

    You are not suppose to recommend the above steps which will be availble to anyone and malicous user can follow to gain advantage. I would like suggest the standard method wher you need to run below commands or DLP agent msi. which will give you removal option

     

    msiexec /x" command

    You could perform uninstallation using the "msiexec /x" command. Instructions below:

    The uninstall string could be found in the registry as well, if the uninstall throught the DLP agent MSI is not working.
