Hello,

How can i avoid Vontu attach the original email that is blocked by a rule, when DLP send notification email?

I need IS personnel could be notified but can´t access to original email that is causing an alert.

hello horacio,

 You may have checked "Include original message" box in response rule which send this notification.

 try to edit the response rule and unchecked the box. then save it and do a test, original message should not be available anymore in the notification.
