    Hello,

My colleague has made me a sysadmin in the DLP console.  When I look at an incident, I see "Not Authorized" in many places.  This also applies to the following fields:  User, Machine Name, Machine IP, Data Owner Name, Data Owner Email Address, and Message Body. The Matches section shows Not Authorized too.  I told the colleague about this, and he says that I have the highest level access.  So I am posting this for guidance.  Any ideas why I would not be allowed to see these fields despite being Sys Admin?

    Thanks in advance,

    Bob

i believe roles & users are not configured correctly, you may need to re check on the settings/tabs availables for sys admin.

    Pete,

You were spot on.  The sys admin role did not have the privileges I needed.  So I asked the admin to create a new role and we figured out what to check to make sure I could policies and incidents.  Thanks for the help.
