  • 1.  DLP Endpoint Agent - Web Page Timeout on File or Content Upload

    I have a situation where a user is uploading a file or posting content to an Internet site and the web page appears to do nothing, or "times out" waiting for the file or content to upload. Meanwhile, an incident is produced if the file/content violates policies.

    I saw a forum post about this behavior or something similar to it, but can't seem to put my finger on it. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

    What version of Internet Explorer are using?  I have had multiple customers report with monitoring IE 10 and older with HTTPS causing these types of time outs
