  • 1.  DLP Endpoint server on Win2012?

    Has anyone tried using Windows Server 2012 for an Endpoint server?  I need to deploy another box, and my IT guys want to use 2012 instead of 2008.  Does anyone know if everything works OK, or if there are issues with it?

    I did look in the DLP 12 System Requirements Guide, and it doens't mention 2012, only 2008R2.

    Bangker2,

    DLP has not been tested on 2012. I would try it and see, but keep in mind that DLP support will NOT help you if it does not work, since it is not on the supported list.

    12.5 was just released, but I do not know if it has been tested on 2102 either.

    12.5 should support Win 2012, we will get to know as soon it's out.

    Hi,

     

    12.5 is supports all editions of windows 2012 server 64 bit for enforce, oralce and monitor server deployment.

    I have succesffult deployed it on windows 2012 datacenter.

    Note: windows 2012 Server R2 is not supported yet.

    My question is; Has anyone installed the DLP v12.5 Endpoint Prevent agent on a Windows 2012 server?
