  • 1.  DLP Enforce showing question mark in status

    Hi,

    I am facing an issue, my DLP enforce version(12.0.1), system --> servers --> overview, showing question mark in status section on  one of my detection server. Rest of the detetcion servers working fine. Below steps I have already checked,

    IP connectivity between enforce and dicover is fine

    No firewall rule blocking ports between enforce and network discoverer

    please refer to snapshot.

    Hello,

    Your new server is displayed in the Servers list with a status of Unknown.

    Check the Admin Guide as attached.

    have you checked the detection server ?

    arethe vontu services running?
