  • 1.  DLP enforce webpage

    https://localhost/ProtectManager/ClassificationIncidentReport.do

    webpage cannot be found. Was working this morning. tried to use the keytook to import .keystore to no luck. Said it was not a 509 cert.

    Failed to initialize end point associated with ProtocolHandler ["http-bio-443"]
    java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind <null>:443
     

    tomcat logs: localhost_access_log has not updated in the last four hours. Localhost.date

    Failed to initialize connector [Connector[HTTP/1.1-443]]

    org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to initialize component [Connector[HTTP/1.1-443]]

    hi,

    you have to provide the exact password in the <connector keystorePass=""> attribute otherwise the certificate will not work. 
    if you dont know the password then you can create a new .keystore file or we can say certificate so that you will be asked to 
    provide a password for the .keystore file.

    Hi AMy,

    Restart the vontu services of Enforce and Oracle in serial as per admin guide if still problem persist restart the both servers and check.
