DLP ERROR: No version file found for language pack archive: C:\Symantec_DLP_11.1_Lang_Pack-BR.zip

  • 1.  DLP ERROR: No version file found for language pack archive: C:\Symantec_DLP_11.1_Lang_Pack-BR.zip

    I'm trying to add a language pack on our DLP 11 but got this error.:


    ERROR: No version file found for language pack archive: C:\Symantec_DLP_11.1_Lang_Pack-BR.zip


    My command is C:\Vontu\Protect\bin>LanguagePackUtility -a C:\Symantec_DLP_11.1_Lang_Pack-BR.zip

    On each language pack, there will be a file named languagepack.ver

    You can check whether this file is located inside your language pack.

    If no, you need to download your pack again.

    first step:
    copy the language file to the folder C: \ Vontu \ Protect \ bin \

    after

    open a cmd, cd \ Vontu \ Protect \ bin \ ....

    in cmd and press the TAB key to LanguagePackUtility.exe, add a space and type "-a", another space ,and with the TAB key again to go DlpLang11.1 PTBR.zip and press enter. as below:

    C: \ Vontu \ Protect \ bin> LanguagePackUtility.exe it "DlpLang11.1 PTBR.zip" s
