  • 1.  DLP Incident API

    Is it possible to create an incident using the DLP API? I looked through the documentation (Symantec_DLP_14.0_Incident_Reporting_Update_API_Developers_Guide.pdf), but I was only able to find information about updating existing incidents.. not creating them.

    It is not possible to create an incident using the API. Having said that you could create an incident via the drop folders on a detection server which would then create an incident based on detection of whatever was dropped into the folder.
