DLP - Incident Details & Smart Responses

Hello,
I am using Symantec DLP (Vontu) 11 and have configured a number of Smart Responses that are very useful to our reviewers. In the incident details, along the top, the Smart Responses appear listed horizontally in what I call the remediation bar. It looks like that bar has a button/character limit, only showing four and dumping the rest in a drop down box. They are also sorted alphabetically.
Is anyone aware of a way to modify the limit of Smart Responses that can be displayed or the ordering?

Unfortunately, no, there is no way. I usually name them alphabetically according to "importance" so that the key ones appear in the remediation bar, and the less used ones appear in the drop down.
It's something we have asked of Symantec for quite some time as an enhancement:
(1) Apply role-based-access-control to smart responses so that not everyone has access to all smart responses.
(2) Add room for more smart response buttons in the remediation bar.
(3) Allow modification of each button's position.

I used to add a number in front of smart response name to select which one will be available in remediation bar.
And agree with kreynolds, role base access control of smart responses is really a must have in DLP to avoid everyone doing unexpected action or someone spending so many times doing some second level control of which action was performed by who and was it legitime to do that (or avoid someone hiding his own leakage).
