Not that easy to answer without more details. What your interviews is about (defining data to be covered with business teams, technical discussion how to set up,...) and who will you interview ? This is not specific to DLP but an interview is always a disucssion between different people and you have to define question that could be understand and appropriate by people interviewed.

 Let us know more about what you want to do with these questions ?

I recommend you to

1) first clear the concept of DLP architecure.

2) Second thing you read and refer the Installation and Admin guide thorougly to prepare as you want.

3) Next things you try to do some test or POC regarding the practical experiance.

I like to ask candidates with DLP experience to list several ways they can evade the DLP solution.  This gets them thinking outside the box and demonstrates an understanding of how the product functions.
