DLP license (network monitoring and prevent foremail and web managed users)

    Hello,

    I have a queries about the meaning of "managed user" in Symantec DLP license, does it counted in the number of mailbox or the networked users working in LAN? We have some inactive mailboxes like system/admin/group mailboxes, does it all occupy a license? Same apply to the terms networked users, numbers of login are created which is for system admin function and they were hold by users with multiple login, want to know whether those login and mailboxed are count with a "managed user" license.

    Hello,

     

     You should ask you symantec sales contact as this definition could be different based on contract signed between your company and symantec.
