  • 1.  DLP Network Discover sitting in Queue state

    Hello,

     

    My scans will not run on the discover server, they all sit in a "QUEUED" state and never resume.  I fear I have somehow deleted a job that was still queued and it is now stuck.

    Does anyone know of a way to check what job is holding things up or is there any way to reset the queue?

    If you haven't already done so, restart Monitor Controller and recycle your detection servers.  I've seen this before and a Monitor Controller restart usually clears it up.
