    Just go to Symantec File connect site and insert Serial Number

    https://fileconnect.symantec.com/

    Select English -> Insert Serial Number -> Select I Agree -> Select product " Symantec Data Loss Prevention Endpoint Prevent 11.0 - Multilingual" -> Then select Check box for "Symantec_DLP_11.0_Docs_Win-IN.zip"
