you have lots of questions here and they are hard to follow, as the people posted above there are lots of what if questions. Sounds like you need to sit down with your security team and have a HUGE discussion on security. and what if someone has a cell phone and starts taking pictures of the screen DLP wont stop that. When you get to the level of DLP there is an assumed security maturity/posture level that your staff can deal and understand threats and knows how to deal with them. I could ask questions like this all day, i guess what is the meat of your questions or are you looking for answers?
What if you admin guys copy sensitive data from a backup does any one know? what if i didnt disable print screen... this is where I sit down with a client and white board scenarios and say what its. what is your ultimate goal? if DLP is a check box for compliance it will never be successful as the business leaders are buying in on it.
