I am new to DLP environment. Is there any chance to get a Symantec DLP simulator interface for learning purpose?

+1 I'm interested too.

To my knowledge there isn't. My best advice would be to setup a Tier-1 install on a server (or VM) and use that to practice/play.

 There is no DLP Trialware option available.  Please contact an authorized DLP value-added partner or Symantec account manager to learn more about our DLP offering

Here are the admin guide and install guide.

As mentioned there is no trial ware.. you can do a Proof Of concept, but that is done through Symantec or a Reseller.
