    Hi, Run as administrator and run the following script. for 64 bits. msiexec /uninstall {8790B246-A2CF-43b1-BDB0-2B4383BB9785} /q UNINSTALLPASSWORD="" for 32 bits. msiexec /uninstall {2AF3B399-42A5-42bd-A5E0-72B657110363} /q UNINSTALLPASSWORD="" can you please tell me which version you can use

    It seems not geniun quey and ID. As above replies have enough solution on that.
