DNS Server Service does not start after upgrading to 11.0.6005.562 and Reboot

Any body having this same issue. We have to manually restart the DNS server service.

Are you installed Network threat protection?If yes uninstall this feature and try...

Which version was there before you upgraded to 11.0.6005.562?
What all features hvae been installed with SEP Client(Antivirus/Antispyware, Proactive Threat Protection and Network Threat Protection)?
Does this happen every time you reboot or happened only once after the upgrade?

NTP logs
check the Network thread Protection logs
if any ip or services is blocking allowed them in firewall policy
and check in firewall policy that all block rule creating the logs.
or
completely remove SEP from DNS server Use cleanWipe
then check DNS server service is running or not
if yes then try to install only Antivirus and Spyware component on DNS Server.
