Do I need licence for SQL to backup BE database ?

I'm making backup of the whole BE server, including BE database.

Do I need separate licence for SQL to backup BE database? Or is it included in core BE product?

In order to backup any SQL instance you would need a Remote Agent for SQL Server license which is not included in the core product and has to be purchased seperately.

Backup Exec performs a daily database maintainance at 4:00 AM and backs up the database to a backup file in the DATA folder in the installation directory.

Do I need licence for SQL to backup BE database ?
