do mailbox archiving from each exchange server in the same domain

Exchange 2003
EV 2007 for Exchange installed on ex01.test.com.
"evadmin" , ev service account ,is created at ex01.
domain name:test.com
Exchange server name:ex01.test.com,ex02.test.com,ex03.test.com
they locate three branch office.
 
i set  10 user mailbox in one provisioning group.
there is eight mailboxes in ex01,one mailboxes in ex02,one mailboxes in ex03
 
when i start mailbox archiving task and enable mailbox,i can't find any mailbox in ex02 or ex03
 
then i new a Exchange server, it's prompt me to select mailbox to connect ex02,but i can't find evadmin in user list of ex02.
the same as ex03
 
pls help me and which mailbox should be select or some solution

you are going to need a system mailbox on each of the 3 exchange servers, and you will need 3 exchange archiving tasks.

may i create a mailbox called EV System Mailbox, put vault service account has full permission to it, and point to that when create the new exchange mailbox archive task.

You can create mailboxes called EV System Mbx Exchange1, EV System Mbx Exchange2, and EV System Mbx Exchange3 on the respective Exchange servers and point the task to the appropriate mbx.
 
You can not have just one for all 3 exchange servers.
