Do we have any option where we can enable to update notification about newly released virus and behavior !!

There's no way of symantec notifying of new risks as there are thousands every day and you'd just get constantly spammed. Symantec do have an A-Z of all risks detected see below link.

You can setup the SEPM to notify you of any newly discovered risks on your network 
Monitors > Notifications > Notification Conditions > Add > New risk detected & you can send to all administrators or to a specific email address.

Aside from that there are no notifications you can set. You'd need to check manually:
