Might be corrupted definitions

Hi..Nel,

It seems that the definitions might be corrupted...
The following document will help your remove the corrupted definitions.

How to clear out corrupted definitions for a Symantec Endpoint Protection Client
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security....

Once it is done, use the Daily Certified Intelligent Updater to update definitions for the Symantec Endpoint Protection by downloading it from the following link:

http://www.symantec.com/business/security_response...

Intelligent Updater file will usually look like, 200906xx-xxx-v5i32.exe.

Run this file.

This should fix the missing definition problem.

Thanks,
Mac
