.DOCM Attachment Doesn't Work

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I have an attachment in an incident with the extension of .DOCM. This file opens up fine using Word 2007 if I save it to my desktop. If I try and open the attachment while in an incident I get an error of "Page cannot be found". Is this extention type allowed by Helpdesk or are there plans to add Office 2007 extensions?

I will try this tomorrow but do you have office web component installed on the machine trying to open the incident?

Yes, all office web componenets are installed. If I copy the file from the Helpdeks Upload directory to my desktop I can open it without any problems. I only have issues if I try to open the attachment by selecting the link in an incident.
