Working with 11.x, have a fairly sizable document index. The policy using the index is matching SMTP bodies based on a 90% match.
In the directories that this index covers are a few files I'm trying to exclude based on their filenames...and I'm having a devil of a time trying to figure out why it's not excluding them.
The files are named MDEWxxxx.txt and my Exclude filter (specific in the Index properties) is MDEW*.txt (no inclusion filters present).
Looking at the monitors, I easily verify that they are working with the most cirrent version of the Index....but I'm still getting incidents created matching these files. I even tried suspending the old Policy and creating a new one, but that didn't do the trick either.
Any suggestions on where else to look, how to test would be appreciated.
