Document Library Not Working

    Hi All,

    I currently have my MDM Solution working, were i can remote lock and wipe, and send out new polices to the devices.

    My issue is when i upload a document to the Library, it will show up in the Symantec App, but when i try to download the Document it fails.

    When i check the Log it it trying to get the file from my internal IP address of the SMP/MDM Server, but i am connect on a 3G network.

    Is there a setting that i have miseds to configure for the Document library. I have configured the Override Correctly, as i can control the device remotely.

    Any ideas
