Hi,

I'm trying to download some of the 11.0.4 documentation, and each time I receive a page error.

Is the Endpoint Protection Documentation actually available for download?

For Example:  I navigated to http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/notes/manuals/sep/sep_11.0.4/administration_guide.pdf.html and clicked on the pdf, but i received "unable to connect".

Thanks,

The link works ok, but when I click on the file to download, I can see in the bottom left "connecting to ftp.symantec.com" and the next page gives me the failed error.

We recently went live with this AV, and I'm wanting to learn what I can about it.  I am not apart of the IT department, but do have access for the Management Client.

I was basically trying to get all the documentation I could to read up on it when possible.  Our version is 11.0.4202.75.

I tried a couple other pdf's and even a text file, but all keep showing the same errors for the web pages.

I asked our IT admin is this due to our firewall at our location, but he responded with "no".

While I'm not convienced on either side what is the fault, my main goal is the documentation for our current version so I can navigate around in the management console for threats and alot of basic knowledge and some admin knowledge of what is going on and "how to" do this or that. (Ex. Add a pc to the group)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hey Frank,

I still get "unable to connect" when I click on your link.

Maybe I'll just have to spend time at home doing this and saving it to a flash drive and bring to work?

Thanks,
