Where can I find detailed documentation on all the Workflow Components?

There's no all in one documentation on the components. You have to look at the help on each component.

and hope there is something in the Help "Description" other than the component name itself.

Alot of the components only have a "Description", "Publisher" and "Component Properties" sections when referencing the Help option on the components and alot of time all the Description has is the component name. Some of the components with good Help sections have a Description that is more than just the component name, a "Usage" section and if you're real lucky, an "Example" section. The majority of the time though, most of the components I've ever needed help on only contain the component name for the Description with nothing else of value from a true Help standpoint.
