Does anyone know what info I need to validate my support account page?

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I am trying to validate my account so that I can open and manage cases online, but the validation screen is not taking my info.  It is asking for a Technical Contact ID, Support Number or technical Case ID    The only info I can find that comes close is a Support ID, but it says that number is invalid.  I definitely havea  valid ID, just not sure if this the the right one to be using here.  This ifo comes right off of my support contract under the RTSM/Support ID field.  worse, I followed the link they give you if you have trouble and it sends me off to veritas support  (which SE P isn't even a part of)  If I click Norton support it brings right back where I started from in the first plase ....  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Call support but make sure you have plenty of time

I went through the same issue a few months ago.  I entered the support ID off of my contract only to be told that it was invalid.  I spent quite some time on the phone with support being bounced several times before I found someone to tell me what the valid ID number was.
