I checked the Admin Guide and it doesn't appear to have CPS for SQL...only for Exchange.

EDIT: Check pg. 713/714 of the Admin Guide...it is suggested to backup the system/user DBs and the transaction logs regularily, so see what sort of options you have here...

CPS is end of life and has been discontinued in 2012
Please see the latter sections of the BE 2010 R3 software compatibility list for the statements indicating this.
