does cluster server simulator still exist?

Yes it does ..
check for software folder of your product ... under SF product, there would be windows folder ... check inside that ...

The simulator still exists for Windows (for 5.1 and 6.0), but not for Linux (last Linux version is 5.0), and I think even the Windows Simulator stopped been shipped with the product from 5.1, so you can download from
http://www.symantec.com/theme.jsp?themeid=operations_manager by clicking on Veritas Cluster Server Java Console, Veritas Cluster Server Simulator, Veritas Enterprise Administrator Console
You can get 5.1 Simulator working on a Linux client if you combine files from Linux 5.0 simulator, Linux 5.1 Java console and 5.1 Windows Simulator.
