Does not combined the licenses

Hi All,

 

I got a problem in combining my existing licenses. We have 1500 licenses of Altiris Client Management Suite was purchased, then, we want to add additional license of 500 for ALtiris CMS. We have combined these licenses but after downloading the file and checked, it was only used for 500 nodes. We expect that the combined license were total to 2000 but its not.

 

Kindly help on this.

Is the maintenance for both sets of your licenses currently valid?  My understanding is that the Licensing Portal will only combine licenses whose maintenance has started and hasn't expired yet.  If your AUPs are current, I'd contact Customer Support for assistance.

Yes, these licenses are new and valid. There was a delayed in the other license thats why we need to combined the additional.

 

I also contact customer support about it but they are only giving me the steps on how to combine the licenses properly..

 

What could be the other possible cause of it?

Now, I currently requesting to customer support to do the job. Well, we didn't figure it out why we can't combine these licenses.

 

I hope they can combine now our licenses..

Just today,

Customer Support sends my requested combined license file. I save it and upload it immediately to our Altiris NS and now it is Ok.

Well, thank to them for doing what I requested.. Great Job!
