Does RAWS will included in upgrading of Exchange Agent from 10d to 12.5?

I have BE 10d, RAWS and Exchange Agent. I decide to upgrade to 12.5 which I've heard that it already include the RAWS license. As I alway continue my MA. On upgrading to 12.5, do I will have exceed RAWS license? And in term of license key, the included RAWS will have another license key or it's the same key as new Exchange agent.

Yes Buffer, the upgrade for the Agent for Exchange 12.5 includes a separate license key for the RAWS.
If are entitiled for a free version upgrade then you may call customer care and asked for the version upgrade notification. It will be sent through email and you will get 2 license keys, 1 for the Exchange Agent and 1 for the RAWS. You get 2 license keys for 1 purchase.

To add on to Belle's reply .... you can get the upgrade the license key from 10d to 12 ..but the actual software cannot be upgraded directly from 10d to 12,5 ...you have to first upgrade to 11d or 12 and then you can upgrade to 12.5 ..if you want all your configuration .. .
