I am currently in Symantec tech support limbo. So i'll ask the community if anyone has gotten SEE 820mp2 or 821 mp1 to work with the Toshiba Portege R100? I have configured my packages to add the "custom hardware fix" adding the TOSHIBA R100 to no avail. Symantec's tech support is asking if i have RAID configured and asking me to change hard-disk operation to AHCI. This laptop is from 2002-2003, i don't think AHCI existed at this time. (no references to it in GOOGLE/Wiki until 2005. Appreciate any help?
