  • 1.  Does ServiceDesk 7.6 fully support French

    Hello,

     

    ServiceDesk 7.5 partly supported other languages, where some text was in English and other text was in French on the same screen.  Does anyone know if French is now fully supported in 7.6?

     

    Did not find anything in the Release Notes.

    The 7.6 release of ServiceDesk has the same language support that existed in 7.5.

    Thanks for your prompt response.

     

    Is there a road map then?  For full language support?  Specifically here in Canada, where the province of Quebec has laws regarding the use French in the workplace.

    Full language support is on the Road Map and is currently targeted for the next release.

    For experience we always had to translate the processes workflows and publish instead of using default. From version 7.5, you need to ask Symantec for some of them because they are not enabled to edit by default.
