Domain in ESM console not showing up

This issue has been solved. See solution.
When I try to expand the domains in the ESM console, it says it will take time to open, after I click on OK, it shows updating but never shows up. Agents are registered to this Manager. Any solution?

run the domain fix tool which can be found C:\Program Files\Symantec\Enterprise Security Manager\ESM\bin\OS” folder.This should fix the issue.
