Domino mailbox User account cannot manually archive e-mail
Hi to all, we have probelm with Enterprise Vault 8.0 SP1. The EV server is running on a Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition SP2 32-bit machine, SQL server is SQL 2005 and DOmino server is 8.5. We have one user account which cannot archive e-mail manually, but the scheduled archive process is running good. We've tried to use this account on different station still the problem occurs. Anyone who has idea/suggestion for this? Help is highly appreciated. Thanks!
