double-click shortcut does not return original message in Outlook

Just started rolling out EV 2007 SP2.  Installed EV add-in on users computers and then began archiving mailboxes.  Have noticed a handful of the pilot group are experiencing this weird problem with the shortcuts in Outlook.
User double clicks a shortcut to open the message. A windows pops open that looks like the message BUT there is a grey banner just under the buttons toolbar that says:

"This item has been archived by Enterprise Vault"
"Please click on the banner to view the original item"

Clicking on the banner doesn't do anything and the windows that opens is displaying the shortcut itself, the original message is NOT being displayed.
If the user accesses the archived items via Search or Archive Explorer everything works fine, recalling messages open up normally.

Need some assistance with this one.

Figured it out.  DUH!

Control Panel
Add/Remove Programs
Click Microsoft Office
Hit Change button
Check box for Advanced/custom install
Expand Outlook
Set Visual Basic Scripting Support to "Run All From Computer"
