same

Hello Anil Kumar H
I know there is a universal ID for USB mouse and keyboards. maybe USB Port problem? or disable it on Bios?
When I block USB Ports for Flash drives I excluded Keyboards and mouses and I haven't any problems.
Thanks.
Fatih.

its start same for example:

its start same for example: ACPI/PNPxxxxxxx
this xxx about OS and company id.
for example all usb drivers start with USBSTOR id
you can exclute all your mouse and keyboards ACPI/PNP*
and device ID more Usefuly.
By the way please change one pc have keyboard problem to another group in SEPM (diffrent application policy or empty application policy) that's why we can check this is application problem or not.
Thanks.
Fatih.

you have 2 devices with same

you have 2 devices with same class id but difrent device id.
when you want to block one of them you must to use device id.
this is my prefer. choice is yours :)
Thanks

think there are different

think there are different device id's on different machine &  same class id for some USB device on different machine,

now I will bypass device id instead of class but problem is if I want to add 1 more device id of different machine which is having same USB device connected I have to add new hardware & list goes on building , is there any option where I will create 1 hardware device( is there any mulitple entries for device id i.e. ubs\xyz , usb\abc, usb\qaz etc..} & bypass all device id of different machines which is having same USB device.

Hope so u understood by doubt
