Downgrading from 12.6.8096

Unfortunately we upgraded our NS server to the newest pcAnywhere Solution, but we are unable to push out the agent, due to the bug that is introduced with pca 12.6.8096 (see here http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH187737).

I pushed the newest agent out to 10 or so machines to test, and I now need to get them back to the latest stable version (12.6.7580). Is there a way to down grade the agent?

If you uninstall the agent and then reinstall the agent rather than run the upgrade you won't run into the pcanshot.bhf file errors.  They said they should have a fix soon and there was a beta fix if you would like to test in your environment you should call and open a case with support.
